The Sony Platinum Visa Card is a credit card with a unique rewards program especially for those with credit scores. Cardholders are entitled to earn one point for every dollar spent on general purchases and three points for purchases of goods charged to the card Sony Visa Sony.
Purchases made through www.sony.com target = "_blank"> / mysony are entitled to a whopping eight points per dollar spent. These points can be redeemed for Sony CD, DVD, games, movie tickets, and electronics. Points expire in five years if not redeemed with a limit point of 250,000 per year, which is very high and unreasonable. No limit on point purchases through Sony's website. Additionally, cardholders are able to earn 1,500 points bonus on your first purchase.
Overall, the Sony Visa card is a great card with reasonable interest rates and an introductory rate of 0% applies to new purchases or balance transfers repaid within the first twelve months upon joining. They pay no annual fees either.
However, the charges finance are calculated on the basis of "two-cycle Average Daily Balance" method which is higher than the commonly used "balance calculation Average Daily ". This can result in higher charges, so it is not advisable to carry forward an outstanding balance when using this card. The fee for applicants below rating also may be higher.
On a more positive note, the company credit card Platinum Cardholders offers benefits of up to $ 1,000,000 in travel accident insurance, auto rental insurance, and various travel and emergency assistance services.
However, the card Visa Sony is ideal for those who spend or plan to spend a significant amount of merchandise from Sony, and also those who intend to maximize of the online shopping experience Sony has to offer. As card members do not pay their outstanding balances, then you have much to gain from the Visa card from Sony.
