How can I transfer data from my digital voice recorder to an audio file on my computer?

I have a digital voice recorder and would like ICDSX68DR9 Sony transfer the recordings to my computer as an audio file. Later, I want to be able to transfer audio files to my iPod. Any suggestions?

My Sony digital recorder came with a program, and when I entered it with the USB port, the computer loads only. Then you can manipulate, name, etc.
