soundproofing concrete floors
Does anyone out there knows how to "soundproof" my apartment ....?

I have wooden floorboards, and are having real problems with our neighbors, who complain about the noise that my kids do! I would like if possible to get rid of, or at least significantly reduce the nose platform to do! We currently have underlying carpet on the floor! Laying a concrete floor is not an option, as void under the floor is very deep in places and cost a fortune to fill with cement! Any idea will be appreciated!

Leaf areas Gyproc problems with the board then use foam underlying laminate floor then lay the carpet over everything. It is a very good economic shape of the most soundproof. Or you could buy sound deadening mat for about 18 pounds per meter. I prefer the same way Gyproc
