I intend to insulate my new house, I liked the spray foam insulation, but fear of cost.?
This house is in upstate New York. So I thought I put 1 / 2 -1 inch of spray foam and fiberglass batt wall using it for R19. Any suggestions. my plan is to seal the air spaces. Can I spray myself? I rent spray? any suggetions experience soundproof insulation?, Any suggestions from experts please.
Is it the attic, or walls here ?????????? I'm guessing attic, unless you plan on getting boards plaster to put on the walls ..... Personally, for attics, I like the spray on the matter, although it works fine. You have to be more detailed with your question ....
